During my nearly five-year tenure as Creative Director at Sift, our marketing team played a pivotal role in driving the company's impressive growth from $30 million to $90 million in ARR. Guided by our visionary CMO Melissa Siems and empowering and supportive CEO Marc Olesen, I successfully led a swift three-month rebranding initiative, transforming the company from Sift Science to the impactful brand, Sift. Despite pandemic challenges, we successfully managed the redesign of our office space for a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal. In 2022, I led my team in refreshing Sift's visual identity, aligning sift.com with the evolving Sift console to strengthen our brand image and enhance the user experience. Engaging in numerous marketing campaigns and events, my proudest accomplishments involve personal growth and effective leadership, fostering a dynamic and inclusive team environment.
